Strategy for Artificial Intelligence and New Technologies
AI without chaos.
First, let us find the right problems — then check whether AI solves them.
Problems clients come to us with
Sound familiar?
„Everyone talks about AI, we don’t know where to start.”
We feel pressure to do something, but we don’t know what or how to start.
„We bought ChatGPT or Copilot and don’t know what’s next.”
We have licenses, we have tools. We’re missing strategy, knowledge, data, and employee engagement.
„We deployed AI but the results are uneven.”
Sometimes it works great, sometimes it fails. We don’t know what determines the quality.
„Employees are afraid of AI or use it quietly.”
We invest in tools no one uses. Or they use them quietly, without oversight.
„We suspect we’re paying for AI-washing.”
The solution sounds like AI, but we don’t know if it truly adds value or just looks good in a presentation.
„We don’t know what we can safely input into AI.””
Employees use AI tools, but it’s not clear what data they can share and where risk begins.
If you have more questions than answers about AI, let’s start by organizing the situation.
Our Philosophy
Less hype, more sense. Before we deploy AI, we must understand the problem.
Artificial intelligence can be a powerful tool. But only when we know what problem it’s meant to solve.
Many companies start from tools: they buy licenses, test solutions, run pilots. Often under market pressure, competition, or internal expectations that „something must be done with AI.” Only later do they realize the problem was misnamed, processes or data weren’t ready, or AI wasn’t the best answer at all.
We work the other way around.
First we look for the problem that truly costs the company time, money, or people’s attention. We don’t start with what’s trendy. We start with what actually blocks the work.
Then we check if AI is the right solution. Sometimes yes. Sometimes greater value comes from a simpler process, clear work rules, team training, or a decision not to automate something.
If AI makes sense, we help deploy it so that it works: measurably, repeatedly, safely, and in compliance with regulations.
That’s it.
Our areas
Three pillars of our work.
01 — Advisory
Strategic advisory
We help define where AI will truly help, where it won’t help, and where it will hurt.
Within advisory
- Company AI-readiness audit (data, processes, people, infrastructure)
- AI strategy — what, where, and in what order
- Support in selecting tools and vendors
- Regulatory advisory (AI Act, GDPR, sector regulations)
- Audit of already deployed solutions („is this actually working?”)
- Oversight of ongoing deployment contracts
- Defining problems to solve (pre-deployment phase)
We deploy only where AI makes sense. Our strength is independent diagnosis and honest recommendation, not deployment sales at any cost.
02 — Education
Education and training
We believe lasting change starts from understanding. We educate so AI isn’t a black box.
Training formats
- Workshops for executives — strategic level
- Workshops for employees — operational level
- Long-term programs and academies
- Online courses and e-learning
- Lectures and presentations
Most common topics
- AI and LLM basics (what it is, how it works, what it can’t do)
- Prompt engineering in practice
- Safe use of AI in your company
- The AI Act in practice for boards
- Training tailored to industry and role
03 — R&D
Research and development
We invest our own resources in R&D so we’re not just an intermediary between client and technology.
Co robimy w R&D
- Publications, reports, whitepapers
- Research into specific AI applications in SMEs and the public sector
- Cooperation with universities and research institutions
- Development of our own methodologies and tools
We publish detailed research directions in the Insights.
KOGO WSPIERAMY
We support those who put people before technology.
We treat AI as a tool, not an end in itself. That’s why we work with companies, institutions, and people who want to develop technology around real human needs: their work, decisions, skills, and security.
Enterprises
We help companies that want to use AI strategically but don’t have an in-house data science or AI team. We also work directly with the owner or board.
Family businesses
We understand the specifics of family businesses — succession, long-term thinking, the importance of organizational culture. We deploy AI so it serves that culture, not destroys it.
Public institutions
We advise government, local authorities, and public sector institutions. We know the regulatory constraints, procedures, and specifics of working with data from this domain.
Our limits
There are things we don’t do.
We believe responsibility for technology begins with deciding which projects not to take on. Below we openly publish which projects we don’t want to engage in.
We won’t take on projects involving:
- Employee surveillance (emotion monitoring, keystroke analysis, camera analysis)
- Social and behavioral scoring of citizens or customers
- Deepfakes and synthetic media without clear labeling
- Automating decisions about people’s lives without human oversight (hiring, credit, dismissals, etc.)
- Face and emotion recognition in public spaces or workplaces
- AI-washing and projects purely for image
- Generating content that impersonates humans (fake reviews, fake profiles)
- Replacing workers without a transformation and reskilling plan
- Replacing professional advice (medical, legal, psychological) without specialist oversight
- AI in debt collection against people in difficult life situations
Industries we don’t work with:
- Politics and election campaigns
- Gambling
- Microloans
- Adult industry
If your project doesn’t fit the lists above, we’d be happy to talk about it.
How we work
Every project starts with diagnosis.
We don’t sign contracts based on an hour-long conversation. First we want to understand your situation — you want to understand if we’re the right partner.
01
Initial conversation (60 to 180 minutes, free)
First contact online. We listen. We ask questions. If we see we can help, we propose the next step. If not, we’ll say so honestly and usually point you to the right partner.
02
Diagnostic workshop (1–2 days, paid)
Detailed diagnosis on-site or online. Meetings with the board, key employees, analysis of processes, data, and existing deployments. Output: a report with recommendations and a concrete cooperation proposal — or a reasoned recommendation against deploying AI.
03
Long-term cooperation (only if it makes sense)
If the workshop shows AI will indeed help, we move into the strategic, training, or deployment phase. Pracujemy w cyklach, z mierzalnymi kamieniami milowymi.
04
Follow-up and oversight
We return after deployment. We check that results match the forecast. Korygujemy. We train the team. To nie jest opcja lecz standard.
We never sign contracts without a diagnostic workshop. It’s our hard rule protecting both sides from a deployment that has no chance of working.
What you can count on
Four things we promise every client.
01 — Measurable results
Nie obiecujemy „transformacji”. We promise specific metrics, agreed with you at the start. If we don’t reach them — we talk about it openly.
02 — Full transparency
You see what we do, how long it takes, the limitations and risks involved. Bez „magii konsultanckiej”.
03 — Confidentiality
We sign NDAs as standard, before the diagnostic workshop. Your data, processes, and decisions stay with us and are safe.
04 — Individual fit
We don’t have „packages.” Every person and company is different in terms of scale, industry, technological maturity, and perception of AI. We adapt to your pace and language. We explain every difficult topic until understanding is achieved.
Insights
We share our knowledge.
We regularly publish analyses, reports, and articles on practical AI deployment — especially in SMEs and the public sector.
First publications coming soon (during migration).
The first step is a conversation. We have time for you. No commitments to start.
Leave us a message with a brief description of your situation. We’ll reply within 1–2 days and propose a time.
